RUSHCARD DECLARES NOVEMBER TO FEBRUARY FEE HOLIDAY SEASON
On Sunday, October 11th, we set out to improve our customer experience by changing and upgrading to a new processing partner. In the coming months, you will begin to see those improvements in services to you. Unfortunately, the transition did not go as planned and some of you experienced hardship as a result. If you were impacted, we can’t begin to express both how sorry we are for the pain that you’ve experienced and our commitment to make this right.
As a thank you for sticking with us and to support your cash needs during the upcoming Holiday season, we’ve declared a Fee Holiday Season, meaning from November 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, you can use your RushCard without incurring any fees from our Fee Schedule. You don’t need to take any extra steps to participate in this special offer. Just pull out your RushCard and use it for all of your holiday needs.
We are not done. You will hear more from us about how we will continue to make good on your trust. We very much value you as a customer and look forward to serving you for many years to come.
RushCard will not charge cardholders any fees beginning November 1, 2015 and continuing through February 29, 2016. No monthly fees. No transaction fees. No ATM fees. All fees included in the Fee Schedule in your Cardholder Agreement will be set to $0.00 during the Fee Holiday. On March 1, 2016, your card account will return to the Fee Schedule in your Cardholder Agreement. This Fee Holiday applies to both Rush Unlimited and Pay As You Go plans and is available to existing and new customers. RushCard Live, fees assessed by Out of Network ATM owners and fees charged by third party providers are not included in the Fee Holiday.

RESETTING YOUR RUSHCARD ACCOUNT PASSWORD
Go to account.rushcard.com on your computer or mobile device.
Enter your RushCard account username and password. If you have multiple RushCard accounts, enter the login information for the account that you accessed most recently.
Answer the Secret Question that you previously set.
You will be asked to reset your password. Choose a new password that meets the following criteria:
Is between 8 and 32 characters long
Contains at least 3 of the following: lowercase character, uppercase character, number, or special character
You will then be directed to the homepage of your RushCard online account.
