The new and improved RushCard online account makes managing your money even more convenient. With a new design and updates to our most popular features, you’ll find that it’s easier than ever to view your card activity, transfer money, pay bills, and refer friends. And this is just the beginning – we’ll continue to make updates in order to keep improving your RushCard experience.
Here are some of the changes that you can expect to see when you log in to your online account.
A FRESH NEW LOOK
The first thing you’ll notice in the new online account is a cleaner, simpler, and easier-to-understand interface, regardless of whether you are logged in from your computer or mobile device. In the top menu, we’ve reduced and reorganized the number of options, so that you can quickly and easily find what you’re looking for. If you have multiple RushCards, you can also now view them all in one place on the homepage, and then select one specific card to drill down to the details.
Quick Links! Every time you visit the online account, you’ll see Quick Links, which are reminders and notifications that are specific to you. Look for them on the right-hand side of the screen when viewing on a computer or at the bottom of screen on your mobile device.
SEND MONEY WITH EASE
We’ve gotten rid of all of the clutter that made it difficult to transfer money and pay bills with your RushCard. Now you can do both much more easily, using the Send Money button in the top menu. Manage your list of contacts and payees, view payment activity, and even watch video tutorials on how to use both features. Just select Help in the upper-right corner of the screen or from the drop-down menu.
What a time to save. With the new online account, we made RushGoals much simpler to use. All of your Goals appear in a collapsible list. Click to expand each one and can now edit your Goals, transfer money in and out of your Goals, or view Goal activity.
